About Robbie Wilbur, Managing Partner
Robbie Wilbur serves as the firm’s Managing Partner after a 31-year public sector career. Wilbur held various positions in Washington, D.C. and Jackson, Mississippi, with U.S. Senator
Thad Cochran, Governor Kirk Fordice, the George W. Bush campaign and administration, the Haley Barbour for Governor campaign, and the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality.
Robbie’s experience has equipped him to improve the landscape of how benefits are delivered to companies and consumers in Mississippi and finding solutions to frustrations and problems.
The Vision
19:21’s success in Texas can be attributed to providing an innovative and hands-on approach to employee benefits, and we see the large opportunity to provide Mississippi businesses with this same strategy. Additionally, the state is lacking good health insurance providers and we’re setting off to create a reliable partner in the market for those services, as well.
