As 19:21 Consultants continues to grow, the next phase of the company’s evolution is focused on people and leadership. The foundation has been built, and now the organization is beginning to scale vertically, creating clearer ownership, stronger teams, and more structure to support long-term growth.
Two recent promotions reflect that focus and represent an important step forward for both the team and the clients they serve.
Strengthening the Client Experience With Mikayla at the Helm
Mikayla has been with 19:21 since the early days of the company and was one of the first employees hired. Over the years, she has worked across nearly every part of the organization, from enrollments and technology to internal administration and office management. That breadth of experience has built a deep understanding of how the business operates and what clients need most.
In her new role, Mikayla will take ownership of the client and employee experience. She has already played a meaningful role in shaping how clients and their employees interact with 19:21, and this promotion gives her the tools, authority, and accountability to continue improving that experience as the organization scales.
As the company grows, maintaining strong client relationships remains a priority. Mikayla’s focus will be on ensuring that clients feel supported, understood, and confident in their benefits decisions. That includes understanding each client’s business, their workforce, and the end user experience for employees, from knowing what coverage they have to understanding what may be missing.
Expanding Awareness and Reach Through Zach’s Leadership
Zach’s promotion supports another important area of growth for 19:21. As the company’s services have expanded, so has the need for more organizations to understand the full scope of what 19:21 offers.
Zach has been highly successful on the sales side of the business and has demonstrated a strong ability to communicate value, build trust, and connect with prospective clients. In his new role, he will lead the company’s growth and awareness efforts, helping ensure that more businesses across Texas know who 19:21 is, what the team does, and why they do it.
Over the past year, Zach has already taken on leadership within this area. After stepping into part of the role last summer, the company saw meaningful momentum across marketing efforts and overall growth in the latter half of the year. That early impact reinforced the decision to formally place this channel under his leadership.
Zach will continue to build and lead a team focused on expanding reach, strengthening messaging, and making it easier for organizations to find 19:21 when they need support navigating insurance and benefits.Â
Investing in People to Support What Comes Next
These promotions reflect more than individual career growth. They are part of a broader strategy to support the next phase of the company’s development while staying grounded in what has always mattered most. Strong client relationships, deep industry knowledge, and a team that takes ownership of the work.
